Following the retreat, participants join an online membership group and access the course materials, which consist of audio, video, reflective questions, and experiments. Once per week, the group meets for live sessions via Zoom or phone to allow for coaching, sharing experiences, and Q & A. The group moves through the following topics during a 6 week period:
1. Commitment to Wellness
2. Awareness is A Superpower
3. Coming to Terms with The Helper Syndrome
4. What Is Support and How to Use It
5. Your Resilience Practice
